I have ingrown hairs on my chin and they are like grains. I tried creams diffeerent types, one of my dr. for acne. Even my skin is very oily, I have tried so many different makeup. This new'm use is a mineral pwder Micabella, but always under the skin of the chin. Sometimes it seems shribbled and purple skin, like burns.
