I have (problems with re-installation of Office on the same laptop I'd have to restart my laptop to factory new, therefore, to reinstall the Office, as is the current version for students to fly ...) I have my product Key, but when I download the trial and enter the key to its operation, that the process can be continued, but open the study to one of these programs.

Probably because you must use the original CD for office work with your product key. The key only works with the CD.
If you have not received a CD of Microsoft Office, with your laptop, you can have Office installed on a special partition on the hard drive and need to find out and then reinstall and update.
